Junk Removal in Union City
You point, we lift. Our crew loads the junk from your home, yard or driveway, sweeps up, and hauls it off. Then we sort it so recyclables, donations and items with special disposal rules each go to the right place, not just the closest dump.
What our junk removal covers
Junk removal is for the stuff that will not fit in your trash cart and you do not want to haul yourself. Old couches, broken grills, boxes from the attic, a pile of leftover boards, a dead treadmill. If two people can carry it out safely, we can usually take it.
The part most people never think about is where it goes after it leaves. Some items cannot go in a regular landfill. Georgia keeps yard trimmings out of household landfills, refrigerators need their refrigerant recovered before scrap, and tires and car batteries have their own drop-off rules. We handle that sorting, so nothing you paid to get rid of ends up dumped somewhere it should not be.
For bigger single jobs, see our pages on garage cleanouts, basement cleanouts and construction debris.
What you get on the job
- All the lifting and loading
- You do not need to drag anything to the curb. We carry it out from wherever it sits, upstairs rooms included.
- Care for your home on the way out
- We watch door frames, stair rails and floors while we move heavy pieces. If something needs to come apart to fit through a door, we take it apart.
- Sorting by disposal rules
- Each load gets split up. Metal goes to scrap, usable furniture goes to donation when it is in good shape, and items with special handling rules go to facilities that take them.
- Sweep-up after
- Once the pile is gone, we sweep the spot where it was. You get the floor or driveway back, not a ring of dust and screws.
- Upfront pricing
- We give you the price before we load anything. Upfront pricing with no hidden fees means the number we quote is the number you pay.
Signs it is time to call for a pickup
The car lives in the driveway
If the garage holds more boxes than vehicles, it is past due. Heat and humidity also invite pests into piles of cardboard.
Items your trash service refuses
Mattresses, appliances, paint cans and big furniture often get left behind at the curb. Those need a different route.
A move or estate in progress
Clearing out a house on a deadline is a lot of weight to move in a short time. One pickup can take what used to be several dump runs.
Leftovers from a project
Old cabinets, carpet and drywall scraps pile up fast after a remodel. Our construction debris service covers larger loads.
A safety hazard indoors
Stacks that block a hallway, a water heater or an exit are a fire and tripping risk. That is worth clearing soon.
What sets the price
The price comes down to how much you have and what it is. We do not guess over the phone on big jobs. We look at it, then give you one number before we start.
Volume
Most of the cost is how much of the truck your junk fills. A single recliner and a full garage are very different jobs.
Weight and material
Heavy loads like concrete, roofing or dirt cost more to dispose of because facilities charge by weight.
Items with special rules
Appliances with refrigerant, tires and some electronics carry extra handling or drop-off fees. We tell you which items those are up front.
Access
A pile in the driveway goes faster than a sofa in a second-floor bedroom or a crawl space. Long carries and tight stairs add time.
How a pickup goes
- 1
You call and we look
Call us and we set a time to come see the pile. The on-site estimate is free and comes with no obligation.
- 2
You get a clear price
We tell you the price based on how much space it takes in our truck and anything that needs special handling. You decide yes or no.
- 3
We load and clean
Same-day and next-day service available, depending on the schedule. The crew loads everything, then sweeps the area.
- 4
We sort and drop off
The load goes to recycling, donation, scrap or the proper disposal site. Items with their own rules, like refrigerators and tires, go where they are accepted.

Junk removal questions
Do I need a permit for junk removal?
For a normal pickup from your home, no. We load straight into our truck, so nothing sits on the street. If your HOA has rules about trucks or work hours, let us know and we will plan around them.
What will you not take?
We do not take hazardous waste like oil-based paint, solvents, pesticides or chemicals. Those have to go to a household hazardous waste drop-off. If you are unsure about an item, ask during the estimate and we will tell you straight.
Do I have to be home?
It helps to be there for the estimate so we agree on what goes. For the pickup itself, if everything is outside and the price is settled, you do not always need to be present.
Where does my stuff end up?
As little as possible goes to the landfill. Metal is scrapped, usable furniture goes to donation, and items like yard waste and refrigerators go to places set up for them under Georgia and federal rules.
Do you work outside Union City?
Yes. We also pick up in nearby towns like Fairburn, South Fulton and Palmetto. Check our Service Areas page for the full list.
