Why Homeowners Call Us
Hauling junk is the easy part. Knowing where each piece can legally go is the part most people never think about, and it is where we spend our care.
- 01
We sort before we dump
Not everything belongs in a landfill. Metal goes to scrap, usable furniture goes to donation, and drywall and lumber go to a site that takes building debris. We sort on the truck so each load lands where the rules allow.
- 02
Appliances handled by the book
Fridges, freezers and window AC units hold refrigerant. Federal rules say it has to be recovered before the unit is scrapped. We take those units to a recycler that does that work, not to a dumpster behind a store.
- 03
Straight talk on what we can't take
Wet paint, fuel, pool chemicals and similar items can't ride in a regular load. We tell you at the estimate, not on haul day, and point you to the county drop-off options for them.
- 04
Your price, in writing, up front
We offer upfront pricing with no hidden fees. You see the number before we start, and it covers labor, loading, hauling and disposal.
- 05
We leave it clean
Once the pile is gone, we sweep the garage floor or rake up the spot in the yard. You get your space back, not a fresh mess.
What We Haul Away
Most calls are for general junk removal: old furniture, boxes, broken toys, yard clutter. We also do appliance removal, garage cleanouts, basement cleanouts and storage unit cleanouts, plus construction debris after a remodel and commercial junk removal for small businesses. Pick the page that matches your job, or just tell us what is sitting there and we will sort out the rest.

Junk Removal
We haul off the clutter, old furniture and yard leftovers you want gone, then sort each load so it goes where the disposal rules say it should.
Furniture Removal
We carry out old couches, mattresses, dressers and recliners from any room and sort each piece for donation, recycling or proper disposal.
Appliance Removal
We carry out old refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves and water heaters and take them to recyclers that recover refrigerant before scrapping.
Garage Cleanouts
We empty cluttered garages, sort out donations and recycling, handle paint and tires by the disposal rules, and sweep the floor when we're done.
Construction Debris
Drywall, lumber, tile, old cabinets and roofing scraps loaded from your yard or driveway and taken to facilities set up to accept them.
Commercial Junk Removal
We haul old furniture, fixtures, electronics and back-room clutter out of offices, shops and rentals, and route each load where the disposal rules say it goes.
Basement Cleanouts
We clear out basements of every size, carrying boxes, furniture and old appliances up the stairs and sorting each load so it goes where the rules say it should.
Storage Unit Cleanouts
We empty rented storage units, handle items with special disposal rules, and leave the space swept and ready for the facility's move-out check.

What Changes the Price
Junk removal is priced mostly by how much room your stuff takes up on the truck. A few other things move the number up or down. Here is what we look at during the estimate.
We give free, no-obligation on-site estimates. We look at the job, give you one price, and you decide with no pressure.
- Volume
- This is the big one. A single couch takes far less truck space than a full garage, and the price follows that.
- Weight and material
- Dense loads like concrete, roofing shingles, dirt or tile cost more to dump because disposal sites charge by weight. A pile of bricks can cost more than a pile of boxes the same size.
- Items with special disposal
- Appliances with refrigerant, mattresses, tires and TVs have their own disposal rules and fees at some sites. We name these items in your price so they don't surprise you later.
- Access and carry distance
- A pile at the curb is quick. A sleeper sofa in a basement with a tight stairwell takes more hands and more time, so it costs a bit more.
- Takedown work
- If a shed, swing set or old deck needs to come apart first, that labor is part of the job. Big demolition projects may need a permit, and we will tell you if yours does.
How a Job Runs
Most jobs follow the same four steps. Nothing gets loaded until you have agreed to the price.
- 1
You call
Tell us what you have and where it is. We set a time to come look.
- 2
We give you a price on site
We walk through the pile with you, point out anything with special disposal rules, and give you the number. Same-day and next-day service available, depending on the schedule.
- 3
We load it up
Our crew does all the lifting and carrying. We protect door frames and floors on the way out of your home.
- 4
We sort, haul and clean
Donations, scrap and recycling are split out, and the rest goes to the right disposal site. We sweep up before we pull away.
Common Questions
Something not covered here? (404) 991-6465
Do I need to be home when you come?
For the estimate, yes, or have someone there who can approve the price. For pickup, it depends. If the junk is outside or in an open garage and the price is set, we can often do the job while you are out.
Do I need to move anything to the curb first?
No. We take items from wherever they sit, whether that is an upstairs bedroom, a basement or the back fence line. Leave the heavy lifting to us.
Where does my stuff end up?
Usable furniture and household goods go to donation when they are in decent shape. Metal and appliances go to scrap recyclers, and building debris goes to a site that accepts it. Only what is left goes to the landfill.
Is there anything you won't take?
We can't haul hazardous materials like wet paint, gasoline, motor oil, pesticides or pool chemicals in a regular load. Dried latex paint cans are usually fine. If you are unsure about something, ask at the estimate and we will give you a clear answer.
Do I need a permit for junk removal?
Hauling junk from your home does not usually need one. A permit can come into play if you are tearing down a structure like a shed or deck, or doing remodel work that creates the debris. We will tell you if your job looks like it needs one so you can check with the city before work starts.
How is the price figured?
Mostly by how much space your items take on the truck, plus weight for heavy materials and any special disposal fees. We give you the full price at the free on-site estimate. That price includes labor, hauling and disposal.
Can you take a refrigerator or freezer?
Yes. We take fridges, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves and window units. Anything with refrigerant goes to a recycler that recovers it before the metal is scrapped, as federal rules require.

About Our Crew
We are a local junk removal company that started here in Union City. Our work is simple to describe: show up, give a fair price, carry it out, and get rid of it the right way.
That last part matters to us. Junk dumped in the wrong place can come back on the person it came from. So we keep track of where things go, use the proper recyclers for metal and appliances, and keep building debris out of the regular landfill stream. Georgia summers are hot and humid, and stuff left in a garage or basement draws mildew and pests, so we try to get you on the schedule soon.
