Commercial Junk Removal in Union City
We clear out offices, retail spaces, rental units and small warehouses. Old desks, shelving, electronics, fixtures and the pile in the back room. We sort what goes to recycling, donation and the landfill, follow the disposal rules for each, and work around your business hours.
Junk Out, Business Back to Normal
Commercial junk removal is for when a space has to be emptied or cleaned up and your staff should not be the ones doing it. A lease is ending. A tenant left a unit full of stuff. You replaced the cubicles and the old ones are stacked in a hallway. We load it, haul it and sweep up behind us.
Business junk comes with more rules than a spare couch. Electronics, appliances with refrigerant, batteries and fluorescent tubes each have their own disposal requirements. We tell you plainly what we can take, where it goes and what has to be handled another way, so nothing you paid to remove turns into a problem later.
We work across Union City and nearby towns like South Fulton, Fairburn and East Point. For smaller loads from a single room, our junk removal page covers the basics.
What We Haul From Commercial Spaces
- Office furniture and cubicles
- Desks, chairs, filing cabinets, conference tables and cubicle panels. We take apart what will not fit through a door and carry it out without scraping walls or frames.
- Retail fixtures and shelving
- Gondola shelving, display cases, racks, counters and signage. Metal goes to scrap recycling when it can.
- Electronics and e-waste
- Computers, monitors, printers, copiers and phone systems. Old electronics should not go in a regular dumpster or landfill load, so we take them to facilities that accept e-waste.
- Break room appliances
- Refrigerators, water coolers and microwaves. Units with refrigerant have to have it recovered before they are scrapped, and we take them where that is done properly. Our appliance removal page has more detail.
- Rental and tenant turnovers
- Furniture, mattresses, trash bags and whatever a tenant left behind. We clear the unit so your cleaners and repair crew can get in.
- Light renovation debris
- Ceiling tile, carpet, old drywall and trim from a small refresh. Bigger tear-outs fit better under our construction debris service.
Signs It Is Time to Bring Us In
Clutter is blocking exits
Boxes and old furniture in hallways or in front of exit doors can get written up during a fire inspection. Clearing those paths is one of the fastest fixes there is.
Your lease end date is set
Most commercial leases require the space returned empty and broom clean. Leftover furniture can cost you part of your deposit.
You upgraded equipment
New computers or furniture arrived and the old ones have nowhere to go. Storing them eats floor space you pay rent on.
A tenant moved out and left a mess
You cannot show or re-rent a unit full of someone else's things. We clear it so turnover can start.
The back room stopped working
When staff climb over broken fixtures to reach stock, it is a safety issue as well as a time sink.
How a Commercial Job Runs
- 1
Walk-through and estimate
We come look at the space and the items, free and with no obligation. You get upfront pricing with no hidden fees before any work is scheduled.
- 2
Plan around your hours
We pick a time that keeps disruption low, like before opening or after close. We ask about elevators, loading docks and any building rules for moving items through common areas.
- 3
Load, sort and protect
Our crew carries everything out and sorts it as we go. Donation, scrap metal, e-waste and landfill each go in their own pile. We pad doorways and corners where it matters.
- 4
Haul and clean up
Each load goes to the right facility. We sweep the cleared area so the space is ready for the next step.

What Sets the Price
Commercial jobs are priced on what we haul and what it takes to get it out. We give you the number after the walk-through, before we start. Nothing gets added at the end.
- Volume
- How much space the load takes in the truck is the biggest driver. A few desks costs far less than a full floor.
- Type of material
- Electronics, refrigerant appliances and some heavy items cost more to dispose of properly than general junk.
- Access
- Ground floor with a dock is quick. Stairs, long hallways or small elevators add labor time.
- Disassembly
- Cubicles, built-in shelving and large conference tables often need to be taken apart before they leave.
- Timing
- After-hours or weekend work to avoid disrupting customers can affect scheduling and cost.
Commercial Junk Removal Questions
Something not covered here? (404) 991-6465
Can you work before we open or after we close?
Yes, we try to. Tell us your hours on the call and we will plan the job around them. Same-day and next-day service is available when the schedule allows.
What do you do with old computers and electronics?
We take them to facilities that accept e-waste instead of tossing them in a landfill load. If your company has data on hard drives, wipe or remove those drives before we arrive. We haul the equipment, but data security is yours to handle.
Is there anything you will not take?
Hazardous materials like chemicals, liquid paint and certain medical waste have their own legal disposal routes. We will tell you during the walk-through what we cannot haul and point you in the right direction.
Do you handle tenant cleanouts for landlords?
Yes. We clear units between tenants, including furniture, mattresses, appliances and bagged trash. You do not need to be there if we can get access and you have approved the estimate.
Do you donate usable items?
When furniture or fixtures are in good shape, we set them aside for donation instead of the landfill. Not everything qualifies, but we try before we dump.
